Serving Malta's largest and juciest steaks. All our meat is aged , hung and cut on the premesis to order and never berfore. Thus if you want an over sized steak we can oblige. "Our's is a Lovesing to Beef" Our meat is Charolais and Chianina cattle. One a french breed from Charolles, the other a product from Central Italy; both grown for the same purposes; that is Meat and not Dairy. We serve dictionary thick Beef steaks as well as Lamb, Chicken and Our famous BBQ Rib Shacks. All our meat is flavour rubbed and cooked on our Chargrill.
Cooked 5 Ways * Rare cool red centre * Medium rare warm red centre * Medium warm pink centre * Medium well hot centre brown throughout * Well done. All our well done steaks are “butterflied”. You will get more to eat and it will not be crusted.

TAKE HOME All our sauces are available for take away.
All our steaks are available for purchase. Just pick out the steaks you want and a member of the Mustang team will wrap them in butcher’s paper and bag it up for you to take home. In advance we can also prepare whole joints of Beef, Lamb or Chicken. |
