Our Story

America is a melting pot of cultures. The roots of American cuisine go back to the original inhabitants, the native Americans, who hunted game, bison and fish, gathered wild plants and berries.

From the 17th century on, America became a haven for the world's oppressed, English, Italian, German, Dutch, Irish, Chinese and others, such as Cubans, Puerto Ricans and Mexicans As new waves of immigrants arrived, they brought with them their cultures and recipes.

These differed wildly and thus have helped to create the wide spectrum of dishes which make up American cuisine today.

Mustang American Bistro opened it's doors on the 21st July 2001. We change our menus twice every year, and we are now at our fifth menu. We hosted vearious Radio Shows and TV Programms.
